Based in Thorpe Marriott near Drayton and Taverham, the club is for all ages.

 

The Club is the largest judo club in the Norwich area and probably the second largest junior club in Norfolk.

 

We have attained Bronze Club Mark accreditation and we provide organised opportunities for boys and girls from under 6 years old to play Judo in a safe, supervised and fun environment.

 

The Club is also able to offer Senior Judo for all Grades.

 

Here you will meet people in a friendly club which is very well supported and organised.
The Club is affiliated to the BJA (British Judo Association the national governing body of Judo) Club Number 9041
All our instructors, Club Coaches and volunteers are under a continuous improvement programme, all are CRB checked and where required have a revalidation process with the BJA every year.
We meet on Wednesday evening at 18.00  the first class for Novice starts at 18.15.
We also have an intermediate class and a senior session which starts at 19.30.

Valentin Tanase,un tanar nascut pentru a fi Judoka!

”VALI TANASE a adunat cam 16-17 medalii pana acum in 3,5 ani de judo. Unii antrenori spun ca e fortat dar cum poti sa-l potolesti cand el ar fi in stare sa stea toata ziua in sala. Cu greu il poti opri sa nu faca 2 antrenamente pe zi (4 pe saptamana fiind minimum), mai ales inaintea concursurilor. Adevarul este ca iubeste sportul acesta si ii place sa invete si sa se perfectioneze, fara sa se planga ca este greu (nu are gratuit centura verde) si isi iubeste Vantrenorii si colegii enorm (mai bine sta cu ei toata ziua decat cu noi, parintii  🙂  .
Sa dea Domnul sa fie cat mai multi ca el in sportul romanesc!” -comentariu preluat de pe forumul de judo Romania,comentariu postat de tatal lui Vali,un mare sprijin pentru acest baiat.

”VALI TANASE  has gathered about 16-17 medals so far in 3.5 years of judo. Some coaches are  saying he’s forced, but how can someone  stop him  when he would be able to sit all day in the hall.  Hardley  you can  stop him , making two   trainings per day (4 per week is less), especially before competitions. The truth is that he loves this sport and he likes to learn and to improve,   (not for free he has the  green belt) and he loves his  colleagues and his instructores  enormous (better he’s staying  with them all day instead with his parents   🙂  .
Let’s hope  the Lord will give  as many sportivs like Vali  in the Romanian sport!”

”VALI TANASE  ha ganado  16-17 medallas hasta ahora en 3,5 años de judo. Algunos entrenadores dicen que es obligado, pero ¿cómo puedes parar  cuando él sería capaz de sentarse todo el día en la sala.  La verdad es que le encanta el deporte y le gusta aprender y mejorar, sin llorar  que es difícil (no tiene por nada  el cinturón verde).El ama  todos los companieros y  sus entrenadores enorme (mejor permanecer con ellos durante todo el día ,sin sentarse acasa  con los padres  🙂  . ”
